Thai massage combines acupressure, fully assisted yoga-like postures, and deep stretches. Rather than massaging muscles directly, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched, and rocked.

Pressure is highly adjustable for all body types and ages. The client remains fully clothed as Thai massage is done while lying on a comfortable mat on the floor.
