Benefits of Prenatal Massage
Massage therapy during pregnancy has more to offer than just feeling good. Jamye was trained as a certified doula before getting licensed as a massage therapist. Staying Well With Digestive Bitters
Enjoy this recipe for making your own digestive bitters!
Why drink mint water?
Did you know that adding fresh mint to your water during the summer does more than just taste good?
Tear up a few mint leaves and add to your water to help cool your system while soothing your digestion and supporting your respiratory system. Let the mint sit in your water for a few hours or overnight to get the most effect.
Mint can also help to lower high blood pressure, calm the nervous system (have stress?), boost immunity, and decrease inflammation.
Lemon balm is also a member of the mint family and has a citrusy minty taste. Adding lemon balm with mint increases the calming effect of your water and helps sleep, anxiety, and indigestion.
